Payment and Delivery
We accept payment viaMaestro, Mastercard credit card, Mastercard debit card, PayPal, Visa, Visa debet and bank transfer .If you use an international debit or credit card (such as Visa or Mastercard), the order amount will be reserved on your bank account immediately. In the event of a cancellation, the reservation of the amount will typically be canceled/released after 1–2 business days. However, some banks may take up to 30 days to cancel a hold.
The amount is not charged until the item is shipped.
If you have ordered multiple items and one of them is backordered, we will not charge for that item until it is shipped.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel an agreement without giving a reason within 14 days. The cancellationperiod expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the item.
If you have ordered multiple items in a single order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period begins when you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.
If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the period is extended to the following business day.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided by law, but this is not mandatory. The withdrawal form is located at the end of the order confirmation.
The withdrawal period is considered met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Returning the Item and Return Costs
If you have canceled your purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item toKystvej 5, 3210 Vejby without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the items before the 14-day period expires.
Items cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery confirmation.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Refund upon Cancellation
When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of cancellation. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.

Inspection of the item and packaging
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling the item beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
You may generally inspect the item in the same way as you would in a store, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that is not permitted or possible in a store, and we cannot resell it or cannot resell it at full price, you must expect that we will deduct the loss in value from the amount you are to be refunded. If the item no longer has a resale value, we will not refund the purchase price.
You must return the item in its original packaging.
You should also ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/items until we receive it. Therefore, please keep the shipping receipt and any tracking number.
